Cancellation Policy
If you are unexpectedly unable to attend for your appointment, we request you to report this in time by telephone or e-mail.

Depending on the time of cancellation, the following amounts of the exam will be charged.
- 72 hours before: 0% of the amount
- 48 hours before: 50% of the amount
- 24 hours before: 75% of the amount
- Within 24 hours: 100% of the amount
If weighty contingency conditions occur, we determine the height of the cancellation fee.
